| Don Gross Certification Evaluator and Consultant to the RRC Program Don was the city administrator of the City of Southfield until his retirement in 2004. During his 38 years there, he was responsible for developing and administering zoning regulations, site plan reviews, economic development programs, budgeting, administering state and federal programs, developing a Capital Improvement Program and assisting in the creation of the Southfield Downtown Development Authority and City Centre Advisory Board. Don is a registered Professional Community Planner in the State of Michigan and the American Institute of Certified Planners. He's also a member of the American Planning Association, the Michigan Association of Planners and the International City Managers Association. He is a trustee of the Southfield Community Foundation. |

| David Scurto, Carlisle/Wortman Associates Planning Consultant to the RRC Program David Scurto is an urban planner with twenty-three years of experience focused on redevelopment. He has practiced in the areas of community planning and (re)development, form-based codes, evaluating community development processes, corridor studies, brownfield and eco-urbanism design development, urban design and construction management. David has led several urban design planning processes for business districts, neighborhoods, corridors and waterfront marina districts. He is currently an associate with Carlisle/Wortman Associates, Inc. |
